Obligations
Learning experiences will be designed by educators during the foundation phase to encourage and cultivate children’s individual talents, as well as to provide them with the fundamental education skills they need to succeed in a variety of subjects, including reading, literacy, and numeracy, amongst others.
They are going to require:

Qualities and previous work experience
A bachelor’s degree in education (Foundation Phase) or early childhood development (ECD) at the undergraduate level (NQF level 6).
In the event that the degree is deemed appropriate, a postgraduate certificate of education would be required.
The field of psychology
There are prerequisites, including a SACE certification and a police clearance.

A person who is committed to learning throughout their entire life and who engages in ongoing personal inquiry, reflection, and action in order to enhance their understanding of teaching and learning, as well as who stays current on the latest trends in education around the world

In addition to having exceptional verbal and written communication skills, as well as professional presentation abilities, exceptional interpersonal skills
A demonstrated history of maintaining professional relationships with maturity and a high emotional intelligence
A minimum requirement for the role is the ability to manage time in a professional manner.
