Job Description
Essential Criteria
- Grade 12, Matriculation
- At least 3 years of experience as a controller.
- Proficient in computer usage.
- Absence of a criminal record.
- Registered with PSIRA at Grade C level.
- Must possess full multilingual proficiency.
- Experience in vehicle and radio surveillance is extremely beneficial.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
Key Performance Areas (not quite comprehensive)
- Consistent communication with vehicles
- Surveillance of vehicles via tracking system
- Proficient report composition
- Ensure security and oversee personnel
- Route and timetable planning
- Client communication and resolution of inquiries
Fundamental Proficiencies
- Skills in organization.
- Interpersonal competencies.
- Assertiveness skills
- Must possess strong problem-solving abilities
- Must possess a strong motivation and the ability to work independently.
