Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• Performs cleaning errands for example sweeping, vacuuming, disinfecting, mopping, tidying, eliminating dustbins and so on, involving cleaning materials and equipment as suggested by the provider
• Cleans kitchens and toilets
• Guarantees that cups, plates and cutlery utilized by staff should not be left unwashed for over 45 minutes after use
• Cleans table tops after use
• Cleans the refrigerator once a week
• Empties dustbins and eliminates waste
• Follows all health and safety guidelines
• Complies with Health and Safety guidelines by utilizing protective dress and equipment
• Reports any harm to property quickly when taken note
• Liaises with office head/project manager
• Ensures that paper towels and tissue is requested with the applicable chairman before stocks run out
• Guarantees that there are adequate cleaning materials consistently
• Guarantees safe keeping of cleaning materials
• Liaises with the Office manager on the replenishment of consumables
• Guarantees that tea, coffee, sugar, milk, boiling water and clean cups are accessible in the kitchen between 7:00 am and 3:00 pm every day

Minimum qualifications and experience:
• Grade 12
• At least 1 year domestic or office cleaning experience
• Communication abilities and local language ability

• Great verbal communication abilities
• Capacity to perform various tasks and work in a speedy environment
• Cooperative person
