What are we looking for?

We are searching for somebody with the accompanying experience, qualifications and/or skills:

• Valid Code 10 driver’s licence with PDP.
• At least three years’ experience in a similar position.
• Presentable with great communication skills.
• A clear criminal record.

Duties and Responsibilities are:

• General Maintenance and office support
• Receive request for maintenance of offices.
• Check facilities daily to make sure that everything is working and kept up with.
• Complete any offices or maintenance required like plumbing.
• Make offices manager aware of any repairs required.
• Complete all general maintenance across the office.
• Check maintenance consumables and advise offices manager regarding requirements.
• Store and maintenance tools for maintenance.
• Provide general support on security and access control across the offices.
• Offers general help on traffic management.

Garden Maintenance:

• Review daily work list for required duties.
• Maintenance grass and flower beds.
• Cleaning and maintaining the garden across the office.
• Advise the offices manager with respect to requirements in the garden.
• Check planting consumables and inform offices manager concerning requirements.
• Store and maintain tools for gardening.
• Personal commitment to education and a willingness to add to the values and ethos of the school.
