Our operations are currently seeking an experienced General Worker to be based at our Vector Worcester, County Fair Epping and Hocroft contract.

General Worker Minimum Requirements

MAtric or National Senior Certificate
Physically Fit
Dependable
Work in a Safe Manner (i.e., Ensure All Safety Requirements Are Met)
Willingness to Work Shifts, Weekends, and Public Holidays
Clear Criminal Record
Must Have Own Reliable Transportation to and From Work

General Worker Duties & Responsibilities

Capable of following any and all reasonable directions given by the Supervisor
Unloading chicken products that are fresh and frozen
Unloading baskets and pallets while adhering to stacking requirements
Using a taillift and a pallet jack
Performing general tasks such as cleaning the cab and managing the electrical cables
Adhering to the client’s standards and operating procedures
Keeping the cold chain and the integrity of the product intact while offloading
Keeping a positive image of the company in transit and at the customer’s location by maintaining the appropriate equipment and dressing appropriately.
Providing direction to the drivers while they are backing up
Performing routine maintenance and cleaning
