Job Description
Midas is looking for a Barista/General Worker to join the branch in Delareyville. The motivation behind the job is to get ready and serve hot and cold refreshments, including different kinds of coffee and tea.
Requirements Required:
• Matric
• Previous work insight as a Barista or Server/Server
• Active involvement in blending equipment
• Information on disinfection guidelines
• Adaptability to work different movements
• Essential numerical abilities
• Capacity to measure clients’ inclinations
• Brilliant communication abilities
• Great with numbers and calculation
• Coordinated, precise and professional
• Ready to work under pressure
• Clear ITC and Criminal record
Key Performance indicators:
• Welcome clients/workers as they enter
• Offer clients drink menus and response their inquiries with respect to fixings
• Take orders while paying attention to detail (for example preferences of coffee mix, dairy and sugar proportions)
• Plan drinks following recipes
• Serve refreshments and arranged food, similar to treats, cakes and biscuits
• Get and deal with payments
• Keep the bar region clean
• Keep up with load of clean mugs and plates
• Check in the event that brewing equipment works appropriately and report any upkeep needs
• Consent to Health and Safety guidelines
