Minimum Requirements:

Ensuring Health and Safety of humans and gear as per Mine standards

Operational protection of hoist ropes and attachments
Inspection and manage of all lifting tools and lifting tackle
Operational upkeep of shaft winding ropes and attachments
Promoting and creating crew effectiveness inside the Mining Engineering Section
Leading and supervising a rigging crew
Keeping archives of all lifting gear and lifting address and making sure that such gear is inspected at intervals prescribed by means of the mine standard
