Essential Conditions:
Qualification for the 12th grade(Matric).
A familiarity with the functions and procedures of clerical work, as well as the capacity to record data, use a computer, and compile statistics.
A familiarity with and comprehension of the regulatory structure that governs the public service sector.
A familiarity with standard operating procedures in regard to the workplace environment
A few examples:
Collect data from the records that are available and enter it into the appropriate format, such as a database, table, or spreadsheet.
Check and correct any mistakes and missing data that were noticed throughout the data entering process.
Conduct a thorough analysis on all of the data included in the records.
