REF NO: 0006/2023 (Two-month Contract)
SALARY: R151 884 for the entire year (Level 04)
CENTRE: Pretoria, Arcadia

DATA CAPTURER REQUIREMENTS:

Matric certificate.
A national diploma or degree will be considered an asset in this situation.
A minimum of one (1) year’s worth of knowledge and experience relevant to the position.

DATA CAPTURER Abilities and Proven Capabilities:

Capability to work effectively within a group.
Attention to detail.
Excellent computer skills, with a focus on Microsoft Word and Excel.
Capability to work effectively under time constraints and stressful circumstances.
Participant in a team, able to work autonomously while collaborating with others to achieve individual as well as team goals.
Skills including proficient typing as well as excellent proofreading.
Time management skills.
Always keep everything completely confidential.
Maintain flexibility while still being able to meet commitments.

DATA CAPTURER RESPONSIBILITIES:

Extract data from existing records and enter it into the appropriate format, such as a database, a table, or a spreadsheet.
Check and/or query any missing data as well as errors discovered while entering the data.
Conduct a thorough analysis on all of the data contained in the records.
Submit data and make regular backups of data.
Keep the registers and the statistics up to date.
Always make sure to keep accurate records and files.

Check that all of the files and records have been organized and stored safely.
Always double check your work to ensure that it is accurate and comprehensive.
To assist in the development of templates for the information-gathering process.
It is your responsibility to store and file information that has been completed, as well as to keep records of work tasks and documents that have been finished.
Profile of the Individual: person who takes initiative and has strong communication skills both orally and in writing.
Capability to produce high-quality work despite working under time constraints and a great deal of pressure.
