Particulars of the Job:
Principal Aspects of Performance:
Cash administration
Carry out the duties of the cash desk.
Daily procedures for cash management and banking operations are carried out.
A balance of zero with no cash variations
Transactions that are manually recorded accurately
Management of Stocks
Every day, procedures for stock management are carried out.
The fulfillment of customer orders is performed.
Accurate stock counts are carried out on a weekly basis.
In satisfactory condition, the store room department
Exercise in matching shoes is done on a weekly basis.
Assistance to Customers
Deliver outstanding service to your customers.
Building relationships with both internal and external customers
Ensure you have healthy relationships with your customers.
Knowledge of the product
The bare necessities are as follows:
Acquired Knowledge:
Minimum of one year’s worth of experience in retail
Criteria for selection:
Completing your Matriculation or Grade 12
Additional Requirements are as follows:
Disciplines related to retail administration
Management of both stocks and money
Knowledge of the product
Knowledge of sales and proficiency in sales skills
Knowledge of and understanding of all applicable policies, including those relating to the cash register, the stockroom, and the administrative functions
