REQUIREMENTS:
Matric.
The following will serve as an added advantage: A three-year National Diploma or degree, as well as a minimum of six months of relevant (equivalent) experience in Switchboard Operator/Call Centre/Customer Enquiry work experience.

DEFINED RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for providing switchboard services.
Attend to the visitor register at the front desk of the Court, and exercise appropriate control over it.
It would be helpful if the daily court roll could be accessed.
Offer services in the office relating to client liaison and communication.

The Department will communicate the specifics of a technical competency exercise that will be administered to all shortlisted Senior Management Service (SMS) candidates.
Following the interview and technical exercise, the selection committee will recommend candidates for generic managerial competencies using DPSA SMS competency assessment tools. Applicant social media consent may be required.
The Nyukela Public Service SMS Pre-entry Programme (certificate), an online course approved by the National School of Government, is one of the minimum entry 101 requirements for the Senior Management Service (NSG).
