1.The provision of outstanding customer service in order to provide customers with a WOW experience
2. Pay attention to the specific and tailored shopping requirements of each individual customer, and always put the customer’s needs first.
3. Ensuring that customers receive service that is both timely and pertinent both on the sales floor and whenever they call the company
4. Observe all of the fundamental standards for providing service to customers
5. Identifying the particular needs of customers and providing guidance regarding product selection, pricing, and warranties
6. Providing customers with product demonstrations, explanations, and advice on the products they purchase

7. Selling products and, most importantly, additional sales and services
Assuring that the merchandise is priced appropriately and displayed appropriately
9. Making certain that promotions are carried out in a timely manner and that their execution is planned in advance
10. ensuring that all merchandising/layouts and housekeeping standards and schedules are adhered to
11. The timely preparation, implementation, and maintenance of all sales promotions that have been offered through advertising

12. Providing the Store Manager with information regarding the rapid and slow sellers
Participating in stock counts and stock takes is number thirteen.

Requirements :

1. Certificate of Matriculation
2. Retail experience over a period of six months
3. In order to be able to work shifts, you are required to have your own reliable transportation or to have your own transportation.

In general

1. To carry out any additional duties that are pertinent and have been requested by Senior Management
2. to participate in all required forms of mandatory and service training as necessary
3. Ensuring that all information is kept in complete and total secrecy

4. Conducting regular evaluations and reviews of one’s own personal development
5. To accept responsibility and accountability for ensuring that standard operating procedures (SOPs) are accurate and up to date.
6. To fully cooperate with the implementation of any new technology and new methods.
