We have an incredible opportunity for a Handyman to work in Bryanston Team Support, which is located in the province of Gauteng. Do you believe that you’ve got what it takes to become the newest Purple Star that we have?

The successful incumbent will be responsible for performing regular maintenance tasks in the region, including but not limited to the upkeep of buildings, grounds, and equipment, as well as other minor tasks that may be required on occasion. Depending on the discretion of the manager, overtime might be required.

Job Requirements:

General knowledge of building maintenance, including things like electrical work, plumbing, painting, ceilings, air conditioning, and generators.
I have a valid driver’s license.

The Things That You Will Do for the Brand:

Responsible for the building’s general upkeep and maintenance operations.
Maintain consistent communication with the building manager and carry out inspections on a daily and weekly basis.
Conduct tests on the generator and make certain that the fuel levels are maintained at a level that is sufficient at all times.
Please report any leaks that may occur in the water mains, and if at all possible, make any necessary minor repairs.
The capacity to collaborate closely with the Building manager during the process of minor renovations, refurbishments, and new fit-outs.
An understanding of the fundamentals of power and general tools
The ability to control regular services of equipment, air conditioning changes, cleaning services, and other similar services is an example of intermediate administrative skills.
All types of air conditioners and extractors are subject to maintenance.
