The successful incumbent will be responsible for performing regular maintenance tasks in the region, including but not limited to the upkeep of buildings, grounds, and equipment, as well as other minor tasks that may be required on occasion.
Depending on the discretion of the manager, overtime might be required.

Expectations :
General knowledge of building maintenance, including things like electrical work, plumbing, painting, ceilings, air conditioning, and generators.
Have a valid driver’s license.
The Things That You Will Do for the Brand:
Uphold the appearance and sensation of each branch.
In addition to performing daily and weekly checks within the region, maintain regular communication with the BM and STL.
Conduct tests on the generator and make certain that the fuel levels are maintained at a level that is sufficient at all times.
Please report any leaks that may occur in the water mains, and if at all possible, make any necessary minor repairs.
Having the ability to collaborate closely with the project manager for the region during minor upgrades, revamps, and new shop fit-outs during these projects.
An understanding of the fundamentals of power and general tools
The ability to control regular services of equipment, air conditioning changes, cleaning services, and other similar services is an example of intermediate administrative skills.
All types of air conditioners and extractors are subject to maintenance.
