Description of the Handyman Job

At this time, Hollywoodbets is looking to fill an interesting position for a Handyman to be stationed in our Team Support Office in Umhlanga, which is located in Durban.
The individual who is selected to fill this position will be accountable for performing routine maintenance on regional buildings, grounds, and equipment, in addition to any minor tasks that may be necessary from time to time.
It is up to the management to decide whether or not overtime is necessary.

Handyman Minimum requirements:

General expertise in the care and maintenance of buildings (Electrical, plumbing, painting, ceilings, generators and air conditioning)
Valid driver’s license

Handyman Responsibilities

Keep the appearance and atmosphere of all branches consistent.
Maintain consistent communication with the BM and STL and conduct daily and weekly checks across the area.
Test the generator regularly and check to see that the fuel supply is maintained at an appropriate level at all times.
Please report any leaks in the water mains, and if at all feasible, try to make any necessary repairs.

Capability to work closely with the project manager for the area on new shop fit-outs, minor improvements, and revamps.
Abilities fundamental to the use of power and general tools
Skills in administration at an intermediate level, such as supervising the routine maintenance of equipment, air conditioning adjustments, cleaning services, and so on.
Perform routine maintenance on all models of air conditioners and extractors.
