Description of the Work

There are currently interesting opportunities available for X3 Customer Support Agents (Withdrawals) to work at Bonne Garde Support, and they will be based in the Umhlanga Office in Durban.
The person who gets the job will be responsible for processing withdrawals within 15 minutes and for handling and resolving all withdrawal and deposit related questions shortly after they are asked.

Minimum Requirements:

A minimum of six months’ experience working in a field linked to providing customer service.
Computer savvy and typing capabilities.
Need must have the ability to work varying shifts, including but not limited to weekends and public holidays.

Principal Duties and Obligations:

Processing withdrawals in less than 15 minutes will guarantee that the customer satisfaction standards for the chat service are met consistently.
Maintain compliance with the withdrawals work directions.
Attention to questions regarding withdrawals and deposits and make sure they are resolved as soon as possible.

Maximum safety with the smallest possible number of reversals and losses.
Provide outstanding customer service by actively demonstrating the desired behaviors and by honing your skills in this area in respect to the BGS mission.
Provide and ensure the highest standards of customer ethics.
Make sure that the privacy of the customer’s information is protected at all times.

Determine where there is a breakdown in service, assess what the customer requires, and actively follow the escalation process.
Always make sure to follow the proper procedure for filing concerns.
Maintain the standards set by the BGS group.
By adhering to the performance management approach, you may take personal responsibility for both your performance and your career.
Exhibit a favorable response while receiving feedback on your performance.

Superior abilities in both speaking and interacting with others.
Skills in providing exceptional customer service.
