The appointed individual will have the duty of preparing refreshments, snacks, or meals for patrons/clientele.
Ensuring impeccable customer service and sanitary service areas at all times are of utmost importance.

You Deliver:

Expertise in the cuisine and beverages
Knowledge of the O.S. system
Proficiency in inventory management
Knowledge of the GAAP System

Your Duties Regarding The Branch:

Supervise the observance of uniform policies and compliance with the dress code.
Since you represent the company in the eyes of customers, ensure that you maintain a professional appearance.

Before opening, ensure that the service areas are clean and organized.
Maintain the same level of cleanliness throughout service hours to guarantee that the service area is consistently organized.
It is imperative to maintain table cleanliness prior to seating patrons, prior to and during meals, and after each meal.
Empty glasses, beverage containers, and surplus cutlery or crockery should not be present on the tables.

Ensure guests are greeted, seated, and thanked while maintaining a proactive and upbeat demeanor at all times.
At the time of seating patrons/customers, distribute menus to them.
Respond to inquiries regarding menu items, provide information on daily specials, and offer recommendations when requested.
Advocate for the food and beverage selections.

Demonstrate interest in the customer or punter, maintain eye contact throughout conversations, and pay attention when they speak.
Communicate with the customer in a respectful and professional fashion while maintaining a clear tone.
Obtain beverage orders from patrons/customers as soon as they are seated.

Receiving food and beverage orders from patrons/customers in a timely manner.
It is mandatory to inquire about beverage orders promptly upon menu presentation and to place food orders within five minutes of being seated.
Order slips must be utilized to ensure that accurate orders are recorded.

Verify, if necessary, that the customer’s identification conforms to the age restrictions for consuming alcoholic beverages in the event that the customer appears to be underage.
Upon receipt of the order, enter it into the POS immediately (GAAP) to ensure that it is generated and ready for kitchen staff to prepare.

Before serving, examine the food presentation to ensure that the dish corresponds to the order and requests.
Deliver refreshments or food to patrons or punters.
Obtain feedback from patrons to ascertain their satisfaction with their meals and address any issues that may arise.
Ensure complaints from customers and punters are resolved expeditiously.
Document every complaint in the complaint log and inform the supervisor of every complaint.

Gather payments in the form of cash or credit cards from customers.
Accurately document the payment. Express gratitude to the patron for the tip.
Monitor order delays originating from the bar or kitchen by providing customers/punters with updates and maintaining consistent communication regarding the order’s status.
All breakages and wastages must be disclosed.
Any voids require the approval of the F&B Supervisor.

Cash/credit payments and all sales are reconciled to ensure that all funds are accounted for.
A response will be given to shortages as necessary.
Throughout the shift, accountable for all sales recorded under your account.

It is imperative that all personal food and beverage purchases be endorsed by the F&B Supervisor and inspected for authenticity upon receipt.
Before departing the premises, ensure that the signed slip for the purchases is delivered to the VIP security.
Ensure that the service area is tidy and clean prior to the start of the next shift.
Ensure compliance with internal procedures.
