Job Purpose:
The HR Administrator will be liable for providing administrative and coordination support to the CSA Human Capital Division to guarantee the successful and efficient delivery of HR services.
Key Duties And Responsibilities:
• Give administrative assistance in the delivery of HR services including recruitment, onboarding, and all administration.
• Contact between the HR department and other parts of the association, guaranteeing smooth communication and coordination of HR policies and practices.
• Assist with the preparation and dissemination of HR related correspondence and documentation and all filling processes.
• Administer HR policies and procedures and liaise with relevant partners to guarantee consistence.
• Coordinate and keep up with precise HR team records and datbases including representative documents, leave records and timesheets.
• Help with the turn of events and execution of HR ventures and drives.
• Answer representative requests and heighten issues as important to the suitable managers.
• Contribute to the development and execution of office strategies and systems to support efficient operations.
• Attention to detail and precision
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Capacity to handle confidential information with discretion
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to team up and work effectively as part of a team.
• High level of proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel
Qualifications:
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in administration or HR.
• Minimum of 2 years’ involvement in a similar position.
