Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the recruitment and selection process for the mining operations in Limpopo
• Execute and monitor HR policies and procedures to guarantee consistence with local labour laws and company rules
• Maintain employee records and guarantee accuracy of HR data
• Give direction and support to the management and workers on HR-related issues
• Conduct training and development programs to assist with further developing employee abilities and performance
• Oversee employee relations, including handling complaints and disciplinary procedures
• Support performance management programs and conduct performance reviews
• Assist with other HR-related errands as needed
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field
• Atleast 3 years of HR xperience in the mining business
• Knowledge on South African labour laws and regulations
• Phenomenal communication and interpersonal abilities
• Solid organizational and critical solving skills
• Capacity to work independently and handle numerous errands simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with HRIS system is a benefit
Benefits:
• Salary: R400k – R500k
