Sappi is offering a one-year internship for a new B Com Human Resource Management graduate to acquire genuine experience in a wide range of HR functions.
Our interns are supported by skilled and committed mentors who will direct your encounters and guarantee that you gain the right exposure to become well-balanced in the HR function
The principal duties of the job:
– Prepare employment documentation for onboarding of new employees.
– Take part in shortlisting and interviewing of candidates for opening.
– Perform HR administration.
– Resolve HR related enquiries brought by workers.
The ideal candidate should have:
– Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resource Management
– No related experience required
– Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlooks and Teams)
