Essential Criteria:
- FAIS Qualification: This is mandatory if the candidate’s Date of First Appointment has lapsed or if they are within one year of expiration for completing the FAIS Qualification. This verification must be finalized before to interviews.
- Criminal Record Verification: All candidates must possess a clear criminal history.
- Credit Evaluation: Applicants with judgments or defaults may be eligible provided a payment plan is established.
Nonetheless, candidates undergoing liquidation or sequestration will be excluded from consideration. - Matriculation/Grade 12: Mandatory.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a contact center setting and 1 year in a sales position with demonstrated sales performance.
- System Navigation: Proficiency in maneuvering via various systems.
