Have you recently graduated in HR and are ready to apply what you’ve learned?
We are looking for a driven HR Intern to join our Human Resources team, which is employee-focused.
This is a fantastic chance for you to develop your HR abilities and add to a healthy work culture while gaining practical experience in a team environment.

Your primary duties will consist of:
- Set up appointments and meetings to help the team stay on task.
- In order to assure accuracy, handle data collection and update reports every week.
- Interview departing employees to identify patterns and lower staff turnover.
- Help design employment contracts so that new employees can start working with you.
- Encourage employee engagement programs that create a happy workplace.
- For a seamless start, take care of the onboarding process for new hires.
- Encourage worker well-being and make a positive impact on a healthy workplace.
- Establish and oversee staff files to keep records in order.
- Execute routine administrative activities in the office to maintain efficient operations.
All that’s needed is:
- A three-year National Diploma, Degree, or Honors in Industrial Relations or Human Resources Management from an accredited public university.
- Mastery of Microsoft Office
- Must be a citizen of South Africa and be between the ages of 18 and 35.
- Excellent communication abilities both written and verbal.
- Must be a resident of KwaZulu-Natal (KZN) or nearby.
- Not employed at the moment, nor taking part in any internship or learnership program.
- Must not have finished an internship with the government or SETA in the past.

- A certified copy of the ID and the diploma from grade 12
- A Certified copy of a Public Tertiary Institution’s Qualification Degree or Diploma
