Work Particulars

  • To support Allan Gray investors, potential investors and financial advisors through our different servicing channels for example inbound calls, messages or walk-in cooperations through:
  • Conversation and clarification of all assets and items presented by Allan Gray.
  • Helping clients with process data and quotes.
  • Helping clients with the tracking and follow up of exchanges in the progress.
  • Responding to questions in regards to Investment execution.
  • Explaining and clarifying Allan Gray’s investment approach and philosophy.
  • To guarantee precise record keeping through service related administrative assignments.
  • To help with database updates and data maintenance.
  • To help a positive and responsive environment for client enquiry resolution.
  • To assume a critical part in the stewardship of positive client connections and the maintenance of clients.
  • To build and establish connections at all levels with inward offices to upgrade organizational effectiveness and proficiency.
