Work Particulars
- To support Allan Gray investors, potential investors and financial advisors through our different servicing channels for example inbound calls, messages or walk-in cooperations through:
- Conversation and clarification of all assets and items presented by Allan Gray.
- Helping clients with process data and quotes.
- Helping clients with the tracking and follow up of exchanges in the progress.
- Responding to questions in regards to Investment execution.
- Explaining and clarifying Allan Gray’s investment approach and philosophy.
- To guarantee precise record keeping through service related administrative assignments.
- To help with database updates and data maintenance.
- To help a positive and responsive environment for client enquiry resolution.
- To assume a critical part in the stewardship of positive client connections and the maintenance of clients.
- To build and establish connections at all levels with inward offices to upgrade organizational effectiveness and proficiency.
- To effectively take part in the association’s constant improvement by distinguishing and proposing solutions for cycle and administration related disappointments.
