General Assistant Job Description

In the event that you are selected for this position, you will be expected to assist in maintaining the orderliness of the office and in providing our stakeholders with refreshments.

General Assistant Obligations

It is imperative that the kitchen, offices, restrooms, and common areas are kept spotless at all times.
Clean out trash cans and transport garbage to the appropriate locations.
Maintain the appropriate order and storage conditions for the office’s supplies for cleaning, personal hygiene, and food.
Keep an inventory of both the cleaning supplies and the cleaning equipment.
Carry out the duties of a messenger in offices.

Qualifications, Experience, and Competencies at a Minimum Required

Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
Minimum of two years of experience in office cleaning Capability to work under pressure Capability to work independently with minimal direct supervision
Take initiative on your own.
