Description of the Job
For the purpose of providing technical and diagnostic services in order to finish work in a timely and accurate manner by carrying out predefined work objectives in accordance with standard operating procedures that have been unanimously agreed upon.
Specific Duties and Obligations of the Role
Finding and implementing known solutions to operational problems, as well as elevating issues that have not been resolved.
In compliance with the service level agreement and the established procedures, achieve the performance objectives that were agreed upon.
It is important to provide timely information for decision making in the area of accountability, so it is important to report on transactional activities.
Work should be carried out in accordance with governance and compliance procedures.
To avoid incurring financial losses, it is imperative that work activities be carried out in an effective and efficient manner.
Work activities should be delivered in a manner that is satisfactory to both internal and external customers.
Participate in training programs in order to improve the quality of your work and enhance your own skills.
Offer assistance to the technician who has been assigned to you for the purpose of learning.
Receive training and development interventions in accordance with the logbook and the training program that has been specifically planned.
Qualifications and previous work experience
A Matric Certificate with pure Maths and Physical Science
Higher Certificates and/or Advanced National (Vocational) Certificates with NQF Level 04
Years of experience working in a setting that is comparable
A driver’s license that is still valid in South Africa
