Kudough is recruiting a Call Centre Consultant to become a member of our Contact Centre team.
The selected applicant will manage inbound and outbound conversations to both Kudough and our partner clients to offer advise and promote products and services.

In the role of Kudough’s voice, you will act as a brand ambassador and primary liaison for our clients, delivering exceptional customer experiences that assist South African consumers in enhancing their credit status; advising them on financial objectives through tailored solutions and facilitating their financial well-being.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES:

  1. Financial Assessments – Evaluating a client’s financial requirements and delivering a customized financial solution, which encompasses, but is not limited to:
    • Analyzing the client portfolio to offer a personalized solution that aids the client in enhancing and sustaining their credit standing.
    • Evaluation of indebtedness.
    • Evaluations of affordability.
    • Financial planning support and advice.
    • Debt counseling evaluations.
  2. Sales Solutions – Marketing Kudough’s product range to new and existing clients while enhancing offerings for current clients (identifying the optimal product for each client).
    • Conducting outbound calls for multiple campaigns to advocate the diverse benefits of Kudough.
    • Managing inbound calls with prospects for upselling upon completion of probation.
    • Recognizing and comprehending consumer requirements to deliver optimal solutions and experiences for the client.
    • Provide precise information to clients to foster a reliable customer experience and maintain a high retention rate.
    • Representing the partner brand and advocating the Kudough advantage to clients.
    • Personal loans, retail credit cards, and loan consolidation proposals.
    • Insurance advantages.
  3. Client Services and Retention — Advocating the advantages of the Kudough Financial Wellness platform and facilitating client retention.
    • Managing inbound and outgoing calls, as well as other communication channels from Kudough or partner clients.
    • Facilitating the client’s customer journey to attain their objectives.
    • Providing exceptional client service by assessing clients’ financial requirements.
    • Delivering an exceptional client experience.
    • Promoting Kudough products and services for additional sales.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

  • Twelfth Grade
  • At least one year of sales experience
  • Comprehensive understanding of the financial services sector and the economy
  • Capability to autonomously address client inquiries and concerns
  • Collaborate efficiently with colleagues in a rapidly evolving setting. Demonstrate robust multitasking abilities and capacity to perform under duress.
  • Proficient computer literacy
  • Comprehensive grasp about Credit Bureaus
  • Professional expertise will be beneficial.
