Provide assistance with the logistical process involved in the supply chain and act as a liaison between the various parties involved.
Maintain an accurate inventory, write up daily dips reports, and oversee the administration of the Fuels and Trading Risk Assistance Helpdesks.
Help with administration for the Manager of Fuels and the Logistics Coordinator with the process of coordinating activities to maximize customer satisfaction and respond to external influences such as legislation, fuel costs, and environmental concerns.
Help to ensure that the appropriate goods are delivered on time to the designated location, and assistance with this.
Requisitions from Trading locations are processed, and stock orders are placed accordingly.

Job Requirements:
Grade 12
Certification in either logistics or supply chain management (Optional, but preferred).
Bilingual
Literate in using computers
A minimum of one year of experience in roles involving purchasing, logistics, and supply chain management
Skills:

Good motivational skills
Leadership and exceptional organizational abilities are required.
