Job Description
Managed People Solutions presents a 6-month Learnership Programme to unemployed youth in the Vaal.
Successful candidates will work as Junior Merchandisers and undertake the following duties:
Responsibilities:
- Determine the stock to be merchandised.
- Draw the stock requirements.
- Check vintage, product quality on the shelf, stock rotation, and pricing labels.
- Execute merchandising work as per the procedure brief.
- Feedback on customer complaints, questions, and requests
- Communicate and maintain understanding of products and promotions.
- Maintain accurate records of merchandising work
- Monitor calls as per cycles.
- Inform RSM about out-of-stock items.
Requirements:
- Between 18 and 28 years old.
- Grade 12 (passed Mathematics and English) Program
Duration: 6 months (August 2024-January 2025)
