Position Description
There are currently outstanding opportunities available for a Mobile Clerk (Field) with Hollywoodbets in Ladybrand, Free State.
This job is responsible for providing operational support to the Mobile Department, as well as working on projects designed to expand the company’s client base and maximize profits.
Marketing efforts will play a crucial role in this expansion.
Minimum requirements:
- Sales experience ranging from six months to one year
Responsibilities:
Conformity to the trends of Hollywood Dressed in Hollywood attire in accordance with the mandated standards and regulations.
Assist consumers with their betting and account needs.
accomplishing daily and monthly mobile sales goals, total unit volume (TUV) goals, and goals related to the expansion of the mobile client base.
Boost daily sales by displaying and/or explaining mobile items, use strategies, and services to clients in order to persuade them to purchase or utilize the supplied products or services.
Where necessary, provide user-tailored training.
Use mobile marketing efforts in the area to increase sales.
Encourage mobile usage.
Capture the attention of both potential and current consumers by assembling and organizing displays in the retail store.
The registration of a new customer.
While opening a new account, FICA registration documents must be submitted (FICA requirements: clear identification and proof of address that is no more than three months old).
Ensure that FICA documentation are submitted daily.
FICA criteria include valid identification and a three-month-old proof of address.
Verify that an image has been uploaded.
Ensure that the free bet voucher is utilized by the new consumer upon account opening. Inform the customer how to place wagers on their mobile device.
Keeping a clean and organized workplace creates a positive image.
Ensure that cash ups are conducted in accordance with the cash up guidelines.
You are responsible for ensuring that no supplies are running low.
Please alert management of any deficiencies.
To act as proof of clock-in times, print and present vouchers to the store manager for signature.
When receiving the mobile equipment or inventory, ensure that it is properly managed, stored, and maintained.
Depending on the requirements of the operation, you may be required to transfer between different branches and stores.

Knowledgeable about mobile and internet betting, betting procedures and types, and the distribution of top-up vouchers (TUV).
