Grade 12; National Diploma/Degree in Human Resource management/Industrial Psychology. Least of 2 years important experience, Knowledge of Labor regulation, Knowledge of all HR
capabilities. Experience in a unionized climate will be an additional benefit. Superb managerial, correspondence, hierarchical and relational abilities Computer proficiency (MS Office
Applications), Visionary scholar and dynamic capacities, Attention to detail, Able to work under tension, report composing abilities, an elevated degree of discipline, moral direct, obligation,
secrecy, and precision are required.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with and co-ordinate all HR practical cycles; answerable for aggregating and accommodation of Workplace Skills Plan; Ensure legitimate execution of HR frameworks and cycles for example
