What the Job Is Like

Parts Incorporated Africa needs your help to hire X2 General Workers to join their team in Nelspruit.
The main job of this role is to do a variety of general tasks, such as receiving and merchandising, among others.

You must have a high school diploma or a Matriculation certificate.

These things will be on the list of Key Performance Indicators, but it’s not a complete list:

BINNING, GETTING, OR GETTING IN

Make sure that incoming goods are put into the right bins and that stock is refilled from bulk to pick locations according to the standard working procedures and requirements.
Make sure that new goods are put in the right part of the warehouse with the right number on the bin.
Make sure the bins are always up to date and that your boss knows which items have been moved to the new bins.
Contribute to the way refilling works
Make sure that all goods going into the company are received and checked according to the company’s standards.

WHEN HAVING TO CHOOSE

So that you can meet the order cut-off times, you need to make sure that both orders from customers and orders from stores are picked on time.
So that pack sizes don’t get broken, you should make sure that picking from bulk places is only done as a backup bin when stock is gone and more isn’t coming or when picking bulk orders.
You have to do the job according to any fair and legal instructions that your boss gives you about it.
Make sure that all the right steps are taken so that your customers are as happy as possible.
Help with the things that go along with taking stock.
You must make sure to clean the house every day.
Make sure you do double checks to keep customers happy and stop goods from going missing. You can do this by carefully going over all of your work.
Check regularly to make sure that the operating standards that have been set are being met.

SCANNER CENTER FOR COMMAND

All of the workers should get their own scanners every day.
Use the mobile app to make bookings for scanners.
Receive scanners that have been returned by operators, check each one to make sure it works, and then use the right computer application to add it back to stock.
Tell the boss about any damage that’s been done.
Fill in the daily scanner problems on the spread sheet.
