We are looking for a skilled Repairman to give our Internal Candidates the opportunity to certify as artisans, and we hope to find one soon.
You are going to be accountable for the following things as a Repairman:
Phase 1
Attend theoretical instruction for phase ONE (1) at the approved training provider (an eight-week program):
As part of the regular work that they do at Sappi Ngodwana, the Repairman is required to go through a practical training phase that lasts for forty-four weeks (44).
Carry out operational responsibilities in accordance with the instruction received during Phase 2 of the Institutional training.
Before beginning phase two of the theoretical training, participants in the Repairman to Artisan Conversion Program are required to attend a practical training course that lasts for a total of forty-four weeks. After successfully completing this phase, participants have the opportunity to advance to the next level of the Repairman to Artisan Conversion Program.
Participate in phase TWO (2) of the theoretical training offered by the preferred provider (an eight-week program), and then finish a forty-four week (44) practical training session as part of the routine daily tasks at Sappi Ngodwana.
Carry out operational responsibilities in accordance with the instruction received during the third phase of institutional training.
Participate in a practical training course that lasts for forty-four weeks (44), then move on to the third phase of your education (Phase 3), after which your status as a repairman may be improved depending on the conversion grade that is specified in the Repairman to Artisan Conversion Program.
Attend phase THREE (3) of the theoretical training at the preferred provider (which is an eight-week program), and then finish a thirty-eight week (38) practical training term as part of the routine daily tasks at Sappi Ngodwana.
Carry out operational responsibilities in accordance with the instruction acquired throughout the Institutional Training Phase 4
Through the assistance of the HR Consultant L&D Engineering, the learner will submit an application for trade preparation and testing.
What exactly are we trying to find?
