Job Description
Job title. : Enrolled Nurse – Female Ward
Area. : Clinix Victoria Private Medical clinic (Mafikeng).
Reports to. : Unit Manager.
Job summary:
As Enrolled Nurse, to get a sense of responsibility with both direct and indirect and about nursing care of a patient or group of patients, and to work under the direct as well as indirect oversight of an Registered Nurse according to the extent of training of an Enrolled Nurse.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Grade 12.
• Enrolled Nursing qualification .
• Prove of registration with South African Nursing Committee.
• BLS qualification.
• 3+ years’ in Nursing experience in Female ward.
• Experience within a private hospital environment will be beneficial .
• Computer literate .
Minimum Requirements :
• Perform all duties according to the South African Nursing Council
• (SANC), Department of health (DOH) and National Core Principles.
• Stick to the standards and principles of patient support as indicated by the SANC acts and omissions, company General set of rules, patient freedoms and Responsibility contract, National Millennium Development Improvement objectives and Responsibility the of continuous professional development (CPD). Plan, coordinate, evaluate, and focus on work for self to guarantee efficient finish of tasks under the management of a Registered Nurse.
• Drive quality of care sticking to work principles and laying out a protected, restorative, and clean environment for all partners (patient, family, specialists, and staff).
• Archive patient consideration administrations by precisely outlining in persistent and division records remembering progress for patients’ condition.
• Drive a positive patient (client) experience by putting patients first and convey all encompassing client situated help.
• Stick to the standards of Lean management (i.e., reduce wastage and unnecessary consumption) without compromising patient consideration while guaranteeing negligible wastage.
