Short Description/Purpose of Job
To make detonator rope at the PrimaCord climate
Enlistment Description/Key Accountabilities
To create exploding line of various sizes through various stations from C1 to C6.
Take powder charge as per rope detail utilizing the right recipe
Set up the machines as per the item required utilizing the right tooling.
Recording of log sheets and creation labels for detectability
Take out examples from each spool for quality check
General house keeping
Quality review, pressing, naming of end result. Record creation amounts
To do a legitimate beginning up before the start of the shift and a legitimate shut-down toward the week’s end or when required
Have a full comprehension of Epex system.

Formal Education
Grade 12 with Maths and Science
