DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Greet and welcome guests and direct them to the suitable individual or office.
• Reply, screen, forward incoming calls in a professional manner.
• Keep a clean and respectable reception area.
• Oversee and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Provide general information to guests and callers about the distribution center’s operations and services.
• Assist the Distribution Center General Manager with daily administrative tasks, including planning meetings, managing calendars, and preparing documents
• Maintain and organise office documents, records, and databases.
• Handle confidential and delicate information with caution.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
• Assist in arranging organization occasions, gatherings, and instructional courses.
• Team up with different departments to help deliver focus activities.
• Help with information section and handling of requests, invoices, and different reports.
• Create and circulate functional reports as required.
REQUIREMENTS REQUIRED:
• Matric
• Tertiary qualification is advantageous
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or in a similar job.
• Demonstrated ability to oversee managerial assignments and support senior management.
• Client support insight.
