Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• Delivering client service that is excellent, focusing on constant improvement, speed and capability of internal processes as well as maintaining precise Information in our internal systems will be vital to the success of this job
• Answer all client complaints and inquiries, telephonically and via social media
• Post all complaints onto client care group, follow up until resolved
• Update group reports
• Answer all social media review reviews(Facebook, Google and Twitter)
• Call client and filter complaints before they arrive at stores daily
• Send emails to stores and clients everyday
• Deliver the mechanisms that help all aspects of the client’s journey
• Focus on getting a solution for an inquiry within time constraints
• Certainly handle many queries/cases from our clients, partners, and outer industry parties
• Guarantee all client communication are of the greatest quality
• Constantly highlight potential opportunities for improvements to our processes
Requirements:
• Qualification in Administration
• 1-2 years working experience
• Experience in social media will be beneficial
• Must be computer literate
• Astounding client care abilities
• Astounding order and use of English, both written and Verbal
• Attention to detail
• Ready to explore through different systems immediately
• Great participation and performance
Skills:
• Should be coordinated with great time usage abilities
• Should have the option to work independently as well as in a group
• Should have a proactive approach, critical thinking and mastering new abilities
• Capacity to prioritise effectively
• Astounding communication abilities, Verbal and Written
• Strong data entry abilities and attention to detail
