REQUIREMENTS :
ABET or Grade 8 or Grade 10 or Basic Education; data of repetitive tasks.
Knowledge of facilities policies.
Knowledge of relevant legislation, prescripts, policies and procedures.
Knowledge of hygiene.
Storage necessities.
DUTIES :
Operate the copier machines.
Binding and laminating of documents.
Provide counter services.
Perform minor maintenance on the copier
machine.
Make requisition for photocopying materials.
Skills:
Reading
Operating instrumentation.
Communication (verbal and written).
Office management and administration.
Analytical, laptop acquisition, Problem-solving, coming up with and organizing.
Disciplined.
