PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF POSITION
To convey and accompany patients, equipment, documents, and other objects between various hospital departments to facilitate operations in providing optimal care standards.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
- Safely transport and guide patients to a designated location.
- Facilitate evacuations during emergency scenarios
- Implement the Driver role in accordance with hospital requests and established criteria.
- Safeguard the integrity and confidentiality of patient rights and Mediclinic principles.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Healthcare experience (e.g., caregiving)
ESSENTIAL JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- License with PDP
- Charter of Patient Rights
- Proficiency in English (reading, speaking, and writing)
- Principles of Kinetic Handling
- Understanding of medico-legal risks
- Two-way radio systems
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Internal emergency evacuation protocols
- Understanding of administrative responsibilities
- Health and Safety legislation and regulations
