Job Details
We are searching for a Receptionist to manage our front work area consistently and to play out various administrative and clerical tasks.
Requirements
- Matric
- Microsoft Office and Office Management: 1 year (Required)
Advantageous Qualifications
- Additional Certificate in Office Management or Microsoft Office – favorable
- Experience in a clinical practice (dieticians, physiotherapists, bone and joint specialists, specialists)
- Involved insight with office equipment (e.g. computers/PCs and printers)
Work Particulars
- Reply, screen and forward any incoming calls while giving essential data when required
- Update arrangement schedules and time schedule meetings/appointments
- Arrange routine appointments as mentioned
- Arrange follow-up appointments on a case by case basis
- Guarantee all patient documents are signed
- Perform other administrative receptionist obligations like filing, photocopying, examining, faxing and so forth.
- General office organization that may be required
