We are searching for a Receptionist to manage our front work area consistently and to play out various administrative and clerical tasks.


Requirements

  • Matric
  • Microsoft Office and Office Management: 1 year (Required)

Advantageous Qualifications

  • Additional Certificate in Office Management or Microsoft Office – favorable
  • Experience in a clinical practice (dieticians, physiotherapists, bone and joint specialists, specialists)
  • Involved insight with office equipment (e.g. computers/PCs and printers)

Work Particulars

  • Reply, screen and forward any incoming calls while giving essential data when required
  • Update arrangement schedules and time schedule meetings/appointments
  • Arrange routine appointments as mentioned
  • Arrange follow-up appointments on a case by case basis
  • Guarantee all patient documents are signed
  • Perform other administrative receptionist obligations like filing, photocopying, examining, faxing and so forth.
  • General office organization that may be required
