Job Description
We’re in search of a friendly and organized receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be our company’s first point of contact, welcoming guests and visitors with warmth and professionalism. The Receptionist will also be in charge of answering phone calls, managing incoming and outgoing mail, and assisting with other administrative tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting and welcoming guests and visitors in a friendly and professional way.
- Receive and direct phone calls to the correct person or department.
- Manage the incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Keep a clean and organized reception area.
- Help with scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Provide administrative support to different departments as needed.
- Maintain updated records of office supplies and place orders as needed.
- Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.
Qualifications:
- Grade 12 or equivalent.
- Previous work experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Professional and friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
