Job Description
In the CDE department, Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa offers thrilling opportunities.
We are currently seeking a Refrigeration Mechanic for a position in Rustenburg South who is both qualified and experienced.
Primary objective
To ensure that the Equipment Services division and other relevant stakeholders receive technical support and services, including the installation, maintenance, and repair of fountain and coffee equipment,
in order to accomplish customer service excellence and adhere to all quality standards.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Installation and maintenance of equipment
- Fountain and heated beverage equipment installation and removal.
- Fountain and hot beverage dispenser maintenance.
- Equipment was repaired and maintained.
- Resolved situational issues.
- Customer satisfaction.
- Maintained environmental, health, and safety standards.
- Oversaw one’s own growth and performance.
- Before the final assembly, the apparatus was tested.
- Completion of the task in accordance with the specifications of SHEQ systems
Everyday activities
- Customer satisfaction with respect to installations, preventive maintenance, and repairs.
- The management of apparatus spare parts and the application of strong hand-eye coordination.
- Utilization of sophisticated assembly capabilities.
- Employ your conceptual abilities.
- Comprehension of food safety and HACCP.
- Maintained environmental, health, and safety standards.
- Equipment calibration to satisfy quality standards.
- Completion of the task in accordance with the specifications of SHEQ systems.
- Maintain an internal locus of control and oversee one’s own performance and development.
Education, Experience, and Skills
- Matric or N3 (Electrical/Refrigeration).
- Refrigeration Registered Trade Test.
- A minimum of two years of experience in the field of refrigeration, dispensing, and fountain operation, including the maintenance and repair of commercial refrigerators.
- Valid Code 08 driver’s license (must be currently operating a vehicle).
- Code 10 will provide an additional benefit.
Additional prerequisites
- Proficiency in technical matters.
- Must be a citizen of South Africa.
- An unblemished criminal and credit history.
