Statement of Purpose

To effectively manage clients on a many-to-many basis by delivering exceptional client service, with the objective of retaining and enhancing client value, while simultaneously attracting new clients to facilitate future growth.

Experience Minimum Requirements:

  • A minimum of two years of experience, in addition to prior experience within a Business Banking environment, is preferred

Ideal

  • Sales, characteristics, advantages, and value propositions of products and services.
  • Management of processes and protocols related to Business Banking transactions.
  • Experience in Client Services

Minimum Qualifications

  • Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational in Grade 12 National Certificate

Qualifications (Preferred or Ideal)

  • Diploma in Accounting – Specialization in Financial Accounting or Business Management

Knowledge

Minimum:

Knowledge and understanding of:

  • The business banking landscape encompasses various characteristics, advantages, and value propositions associated with its products and services.
  • Standard banking practices and procedures.
  • Principles and practices of credit, encompassing a comprehensive comprehension of credit applications, collateral requirements, and balance sheet stipulations.
  • The Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act (FAIS) and the Financial Intelligence Centre Act (FICA).
  • Administrative processes and procedures related to Business Banking transactions.
  • Principles of Client Relationship Management and Service Excellence.

Optimal:

Knowledge and Understanding of:

  • Products and Services Offered by Capitec Business Bank
  • An analysis of competitor product offerings, distribution channels, operational strategies, and marketing tactics would be beneficial.
  • Systems and Processes of Capitec/Business Bank
