Statement of Purpose
To effectively manage clients on a many-to-many basis by delivering exceptional client service, with the objective of retaining and enhancing client value, while simultaneously attracting new clients to facilitate future growth.
Experience Minimum Requirements:
- A minimum of two years of experience, in addition to prior experience within a Business Banking environment, is preferred
Ideal
- Sales, characteristics, advantages, and value propositions of products and services.
- Management of processes and protocols related to Business Banking transactions.
- Experience in Client Services
Minimum Qualifications
- Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational in Grade 12 National Certificate
Qualifications (Preferred or Ideal)
- Diploma in Accounting – Specialization in Financial Accounting or Business Management
Knowledge
Minimum:
Knowledge and understanding of:
- The business banking landscape encompasses various characteristics, advantages, and value propositions associated with its products and services.
- Standard banking practices and procedures.
- Principles and practices of credit, encompassing a comprehensive comprehension of credit applications, collateral requirements, and balance sheet stipulations.
- The Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act (FAIS) and the Financial Intelligence Centre Act (FICA).
- Administrative processes and procedures related to Business Banking transactions.
- Principles of Client Relationship Management and Service Excellence.
Optimal:
Knowledge and Understanding of:
- Products and Services Offered by Capitec Business Bank
- An analysis of competitor product offerings, distribution channels, operational strategies, and marketing tactics would be beneficial.
