Job Summary
We are currently in search of a Salesperson who is both dynamic and motivated to join our team at [Company Name].

Main Duties

- Assist consumers in identifying products that align with their preferences and requirements.
- Offer consumers precise product information and suggestions.
- Utilize the point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions and manage payments.
- Ensure that the store is kept tidy and organized.
- Ensure that products are readily accessible by monitoring and replenishing stock levels.
- Achieve and surpass sales objectives by increasing product sales and upselling.
- Maintain awareness of industry trends and product knowledge.
- Adhere to the company’s policies and procedures concerning customer interactions and sales.
- Work in conjunction with team members to accomplish store objectives and objectives.
Requirements
- Equivalent to a high school diploma.
- Demonstrated experience in retail sales or customer service.
- Proficient in interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Capacity to manage multiple duties concurrently and operate in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Capability to function efficiently whether working autonomously or as part of a team.
- Basic math skills and an understanding of point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- A willingness to learn and adjust to new technologies and products.
- The ability to work flexible hours, which may include weekends and evenings.
