Intentional Purpose of the Job and Role:
This role is responsible for the regulation and administration of access control when clocking outside of the allocated work schedule rule (WSR).
This is accomplished by proactively supporting employees and line management to ensure effective control of employee time and attendance.
Manage employee queries.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
Grade 12
Gaining an HR diploma or a Bachelor’s degree is preferable.
Experience:
Experience working in a Time & Attendance or Human Resources setting would be beneficial.
It would be beneficial to have experience using the SAP payroll system.
Excelling in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Power point & Excel)
Knowledgeable about computers
