Function of the Foreman positions:
The purpose of this planned maintenance is to support mining operations by assuring the highest possible level of machine availability and reliability.
Required prior experience in the following areas:
Extensive track record of success in underground coal mining activities
Experience in the areas of LHD equipment, maintenance, and supervision, with a proven track record.
Familiarity with the procedures and techniques used by Sasol Mining.
Upkeep of diesel-powered machinery located beneath
coordination of all of the operations that go into providing support for the production units
HIRAC processes
The required outputs are as follows: functional
In your area of duty, you are responsible for managing, controlling, and maintaining diesel equipment.
Safety management
Make sure that the COPs and SOPs are comprehended and followed at all times.
Observe the guidelines set forth by ISO.
The necessary credentials and level of experience (Must)
English/Business English, Mathematics, and Physical/Engineering Science at the N3 level for the senior year of high school.
Red Ticket that is valid
Certificate in first aid that is currently valid (Wish)
Artisan Who Is Qualified: Trade Putting Electromechanical to the Test (Must)
Artisan with 5 years of experience to their name (Electomechanic)
Mining expertise and a valid driver’s license or access to your own vehicle are required.
Experience in a position of leadership will be viewed as a definite plus.
Knowledge of SAP (JSA) and SLAM Risk Assessment and Standard Operating Procedures
General:
A plan and budget for maintenance and overhaul that is accurate and practical, as well as projections
