The Goal of the Plant Controller Job

The equipment that makes up the SCS is remotely controlled by a Control Room Operator, who is responsible for ensuring that the mine bunkers are empty and the Coal Processing (Synfuels) bunkers are full.
He or she is responsible for a number of things, including the execution of the heap/blend plan and the scheduling of operations in such a way that heaps are full and compliant before they are reclaimed.

Description of the Recruitment Process and Key Responsibilities

Work the controls in the command center.
Operate plant to ensure SCS objectives are met
Maintain a stock balance between the east and west plants by keeping the factory bunkers full and the mine bunkers empty.
Maintain adherence to SOPs, values, and safety standards.
Adherence of the heap and the blend
Member of the team

During the time of the emergency, take the necessary steps.
Must make certain that all deviations are recorded on the log sheet and that the appropriate codes are utilized.
Keep the block chutes open.
Alter the stackers as well as the reclaimers.
Manage bunker levels
Operate SATLAB plants
Perform computations, then interpret and evaluate each graph.

Heap in addition to a mixture of stockpiles
To Maintain Command over Production of Synfuels in both the East and the West, as well as Mining Operations.
When one of the operators needs assistance or is absent, auto substitution will take over.
Manage and exercise tight control over the stock level in order to guarantee that there will always be adequate supplies available.
Optimise utilization of equipment
Maintain control over the blending processes in order to achieve the highest possible coal quality in the Synfuels.
