Summary of Job Advertisement

Deliver administrative and clerical support to facilitate successful and efficient operations within the Project Control Department.

Essential Criteria

  • Matriculation Secretarial/Administrative Qualification
  • Fundamentals of Project Management
  • Four years of professional experience in an administrative assistance capacity.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • SAP Project System, Investment Management (Costing), Materials Management, CATS, Cost Center Expenditure, Profit Center Expenditure, MS Office

Principal Responsibilities

  • Assess and submit reports to various committee tiers.
  • Deliver administrative support for all sanctioned projects within Project Control.
  • Procure and manage office stationery.
  • Facilitate arrangements for meetings and events, including venue reservations (both internal and external), travel logistics, catering provisions, and the distribution of invitations and confirmations as required.
  • •Providing updates on progress and SAP reports.
  • •Maintain current soft and hard copy filing systems
  • Digitize documents and organize them according to established protocols
  • Management of correspondence, minutes, and document type
  • Possess a proficient understanding of corporate and departmental information systems
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for the department.
  • Ensure that filing systems for all departmental financial documents are current.
  • Perform any other administrative tasks as necessary by the department.
