Requirements:

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Essential Computer skllls – Windows, Outlook, Excel, Word, Internet
• HSEQ Qualification ISO 22000
• Food Safety Management, ISO 9001
• Quality Management SAMTRAC OHSAS 18001
• Word related Health and Safety
• 2 years of production/project management HSEQ Experience
• HSEQ Systems information
• Risk Assessment experience
• Ready to be insightful, take choices and tackle issues

Responsibilities and duties:

• Comprehend the Food Safety Management as it connects with getting and manufacturing of food.
• Manage, control and pass Food Safety audit (FSA) and probably finished this previously and least 2 continuous audits passed.
• Ready to control, carry out and accomplish recognizability in manufacturing process.
• Guarantee consistence with food safety guidelines, allergen control and housekeeping principles.
• Oversee and coach a group with respect to Food handling and Quality obligations.
• Oversee and guarantee all paper work relating to Food Safety is kept and controlled.
• Have insight in preparing staff in everyday cleanliness/set of principles/organization strategy.
• Have the option to work with, measure and speak with specialist organizations relating to providing food.
• Directing and working with risk evaluations for the venture
• Attending/Working with HSEQ meetings, getting ready and submitting reports to the executives on all perceptions and restorative activity proposals .
