Job Specification:
Key Performance Areas:
1. Cash control
• Perform cash work area function
• Cash control and it are followed daily to bank processes
• 0 cash variances kept up with
• Manual transaction precisely recorded
2. Stock Control
• Stock administration processes are followed daily
• Customer orders are followed up
• Weekly stock counts are conducted precisely
• Store room department in great condition
• Shoe matching activity is complete weekly
3. Customer service
• Give great customer service
• Inner and outside customer relationship building
• Keep up with good customer relationship
Minimum Requirements:
• Minimum 1 years’ retail experience
Qualifications:
• Complete Matric/Grade 12
Additional Requirements:
• Retail organization discipline
• Stock and money management
• Item knowledge
• Sales knowledge and selling abilities
• Knowledge and understanding of approaches and procedures relating to the cash desk, stockroom, administrator and all other
