Main Purpose:

Responsible for supporting clients and fulfilling specified milestones in order to provide the highest possible level of customer service.

Key Performance Areas:

Cash Control:

  • Perform a cash desk function.
  • Cash control and banking protocols are followed daily, with no cash fluctuations.
  • Manual transactions are accurately recorded.

Stock Control:

  • Stock management techniques are followed everyday.
  • Customers’ orders are followed up.
  • Weekly stock counts are done accurately.
  • Storeroom department is in good condition.
  • The shoe pairing exercise is conducted weekly.

Customer Service:

  • Offer exceptional client service.
  • Internal and external customer connection building
  • Maintain positive customer interactions
  • Product knowledge

Experience:

  • Minimum one year of retail experience.

Qualifications:

  • Complete Matriculation/Grade 12.

Additional Requirements:

  • Retail administration disciplines.
  • Stock and cash management
  • Product knowledge Sales expertise and capabilities
  • Knowledge and comprehension of policies and procedures related to the cash desk, stockroom, administration, and all other relevant policies.
